A name taken
straight from the vine
We are called GrowingVine because of John 15:5. We do all that we can in the name of the Lord God, and that is where we find our direction and our strength.
“Abide in me, and I in you.”
Our story
Why a vine?
In John 15, Jesus uses the plainest possible picture of dependence. A branch cut from the vine doesn't carry on at reduced capacity. It withers. It can do nothing. Attached, the same branch carries fruit it never had to manufacture.
That is how we see our company. GrowingVine is the vine, and each product is a branch. We are not the source of anything good that comes from them; our job is to stay connected, to work faithfully, and to let the fruit be His.
So we grow the way a vine grows: we send out a new branch only where there is a real problem worth solving, and every branch stays attached to the same root.
What we do
We find and create solutions.
We build our own software and applications in house, and use them to solve everyday problems: planning a baby shower, finding local products for babies and moms, getting a family outdoors, and helping children develop core skills at home.
What we believe
Convictions, not decoration
Our faith isn't a label on the door. It's the reason we build at all.
Scripture
We believe the Bible is God's word: trustworthy, and the guide for how we live and how we run a company.
Christ at the centre
Jesus is the vine. Salvation is His gift, not our achievement, and He is the one who makes any of our work fruitful.
The dignity of every person
Everyone who uses our products is made in the image of God. That shapes how we design, how we treat people's information, and how we speak to them.
Serving our community
Where we can, we use our platforms to lift others, like promoting local small businesses on LittleList instead of only the biggest brands.
Stewardship
Our skills, time and resources are entrusted to us, not owned. We aim to use them honestly, carefully and for good.
